Every adult brings government photo ID. Everyone being tested attends the same appointment. A parent or guardian with legal authority consents for a child under 18 (if the parents aren't married to each other, the child's mother must consent). The $50 deposit is applied to my total and follows the 24-hour reschedule and cancellation policy.
